I WANT TO KNOW FOR L.T.ALLOWANCE RULES IN PVT LTD. COMAPNY , AND HIS CALCULATION ,
WITH THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF LTALLOWANCE ,
FOR EXMPLE , IF MY TICKETS EXPENSE IS 6000/ IN THAT CASE CAN I CLAIM FORM COMPANY MY BASIC SALARY ?????

28 June 2011 Leave Travel allowance means the amount of expenditure incurred for traveling as prescribed by rules (Rule 2B).

There is no connection between the LTA and Basic Salary .

If as per prescribed rules 6000/ or more is allowable, you will be allowed to the extent of actual expenditure on traveling incurred.
