As per New companies act 13 CFO and company secretary are included in Key Managerial person.
whether they should be appointed through board and filing of From 32 is compulsory ?
In case their appointment (Norma course) has been made before the introduction of companies act 13, they will be included in key managerial person even without board appoint and submission of Form 32
my another query is that , whether Board appointed CFO only included in Key Managerial person and held responsible for compliance of corporate activities.
in case appointment of CFO made without board approval, they will be included in Key Managerial person and held responsible for compliance of corporate activities?
