16 November 2011 The entry tax is to be paid whenever goods enter Karnataka.
Suppose you buy goods from any other state, then, when the goods enter Karnataka, entry tax is to be additionally.
Now, if you sell these to any local customer in karnataka itself you can collect the amount of entry tax paid initially from your customer.
