joining other course with ca before articleship

16 December 2007 respected members,
I have given my PE2 exams in November-2007. I have cleared my B.com exams in April-2007 & joined L.L.B course fron 31st july 2007. My articleship has not begin yet. Please guide me whether I am required to inform CA institute about L.L.B course or not. If yes please tell me the appropriate form no.
