any one can help me to know the procedure for doing the Job work for unregistered unit and which form to be collect from them. We are exciable unit. What & how the record for same to be kept

Dears, As you are a Excisable unit, to sent the material for Job-work use job work challan 4(5)(a) in Triplicate, sent original +duplciate with the mateiral, maintian Job-work Regisiter at factory, Jobworker will fill the job-work done, ask him to send green copy of challan after completion of job-work else receive the material on subsidiary challan for partial receipts. Update J/w Regsiter & Close the netry.
