If a principal importer imported some material and after that they sent the same to a other premises for job work only through Annexuture-II .Would the main Importer can take the Cenvat Credit from that Imported inputs?

Yes the princiapl can avail the credit and after receipt of the processed good and further manufacture remove on payment of duty.
