who's liability to pay excise duty , in case a person purchase raw material(powder) and send it to other person for whole processing (making tablet) and packing.
Recd back in his premises then who is liable to pay Excise duty and who can take credit of cenvat.
Please also discuss sale tax liability in this case.

Principal manufacturer are liable to pay excise duty if job worker are pay the duty then principal manufacturer are exempt from excise duty.
