Hi all. I need your valuable opinion. You join a Company as a CA fresher and leave the job in less than 6 months, how it is going to have an impact on your career??

YOUR C.V LOOKS BAD AND TELLS POORLY AS TO WHY YOU COULD NOT STICK TO THE FIRST COMPANY IN YOUR CAREER ATLEAST FOR AN YEAR OR TWO. FOR A FRESHER IT IS REQUIRED TO STICK TO ONE ORGANIZATION TILL HE PICKS UP THE EXPERIENCE VITAL TO FEEL AND PICK UP THE PRACTICAL SIDE OF THE PROFESSION IN WHICH HE GOT ONLY AN ACADEMIC DEGREE. WHAT WILL YOU ANSWER TO INTERVIEW BOARD OF SECOND COMPANY AS TO WHAT FOR YOU CHANGE AFTER JUST 6 MONTHS? DO YOU HAVE ANY RATIONAL ANSWER? IT WILL BE TAKEN AS LACK OF SERIOUSNESS AND LACK OF APPLICATION OF ONESELF TO ONES JOB VITAL FOR PROFESSIONAL CAREER AND CREDENTIALS. PL. DONT MIND IF I SOUND HARD.TRUTH IS BITTER. PL. APPLY YOUR SELF .ROLLING STONES GATHER NO MASS. WHAT IF THE SECOND COMPANY ALSO YOU FACE SAME PROBLEMS?QUITTING IS NO SOLUTION TO ANY PROBLEM.LET US SOLVE AND PROVE WE R PROFESSIONALS. C.A.R.V.RAO

Thanks for your reply Sir. But what if the work you are doing in the present company is not good. What if it is worse than the work i handled during my articleship days. Even if i stay here for 1 year, what i will say to my 2nd company regarding Job Exp,Work Exp?? If i leave the present company, i can say that only because of the work i left that company. Isnt it a valid reason? Work is also important isnt it? We have done all the hard work to be a CA, and dont we deserve to have work who has atleast some kind of challenge??
I understand your version. But what will be your reply to this question-
Why you decided to join a company which can not be suitable for qualified CA? Does it show that you are not good in decision making or the employer company failed to keep its words given during interview as to your portfolio?
If you can very decently, politely present that the employer erred, your second employer will comfortably appoint you (and will not do the mistake that was done by your first employer).
But please remember, present true version very diplomatically to your second employer.

Thanks for your reply Sir, Exactly the 2nd case with me i.e I am not getting the work which i was told during interview. Can you suggest how to convince your second employer that in 1st co. you were not getting the work which you were promised.
