I am a CA working as a full time employee in a MNC. Can someone plz help me out if what kind of work I can do if I take COP while continuing with my Job??

You cannot take up Bank audits Government audits company statutory and internal audits tax audits This provision has been brought by institute because you cannot spend your time in office and also for audit.
In short you can take up the work where much time is not needed. Consultancy, filing of individual returns, filing of small firms returns etc.,
