09 March 2010 work is carried out by JCB machine for site preparation for Road construction whether lible for service Tax ? JCB Owner Liable? Service Tax Liability ? Any Exemption Notification is there? Or any deduction from gross receipts?

09 March 2010 yes, TDS should be deducted u/s 194C.
it is payer responsibility when he will pay to JCB owner then he will deduct TDS.
