I am IPCC student from Delhi region, going to appear 1st for ipcc exams by NOV 2011 but I have not done my orientation and ITT course. So I want to know that, can I appear for IPCC exams in NOV 2011 before orientation and ITT courses.

You need to complete before exams, if by chance icai announce relaxation then you can give after exams before articles...Keep getting updates from site..

According to new announcement "The requirement regarding Information Technology Training/Computer Training Programme has been relaxed till the time of commencement of articled training / registration for the Final Course vide Board of Studies announcement no. BOS/Announcement/227/10 dated August 6, 2010 hosted on the Institute's website www.icai.org under "Board of Studies Announcements"
