Sir,
I had filed income tax return withdue date,but failed to sumbit itr V within 120 days.
Today i checked itr status, where i found that ITRV has been rejected.
please guide me what should i do now.

hope for some extension notification for extending the date for submission of ITR - V is out as have been out for previous years and then resend.

Yes then only ITR v would be accepted by CPC otherwise it would be rejected.
