Itr4 filed without filling details of balance sheet & p&l

I am Running a Propreitory Firm. I have got a call from Income tax office that for AY 2010-11 & 2011-12 under my ITR4 the parts of Balance Sheet & P&l are blank. My CA has only given me ITR V Acknowldgement. and also issued Manual Audited Balance Sheet & P&L. Please guide how to rectify those errors in E-filing.

we can check the Income tax return filed by your CA., by login to your User ID and password., if the details were not filled up., u need to file a revised return again.
