Dear CCI Members
One of my friend has worked in 2 companies in the FY12-13.His income is below taxable limit.one company issued Form16 with nil Tds & another did not issue FOrm 16 as tds not deducted.
which ITR should he file & can he file the ITR on the basis of pay slip
