Itr v received after due date - urgent

I have filed ITR for F.Y. 2013-14 after due date u/s 139(1) and ITRV for the same has been received by CPC after 120 days of filing, the status showing is ITRV received after due date, Now what option do I have to get it processed and get the refund.
wether it will get processed?..
