Itr v not deposit in time

10 January 2014 I have not deposited my itr acknowledgement A.Y. 2012-13 to bangalore, on time, which i have filed belated. Please tell me what should i do in this case because i need refund on it.

10 January 2014 you have not mentioned the AY to which this return pertains too...regardless, atleast send now...normally CBDT extends the date for sending the ITRV.
