13 September 2020 Only in refund cases with condonation approval by CIT, you can file ITR.

I hav no refund but fr the sake of visa needed three years of return .
Can I still file it in case of no refund . How seek condonation from CIT

14 September 2020 You can't file ITR in such a case. Coronation will not be granted.
File ITR for 2 years and apply for visa it will be considered.
