Itr of foreign company

01 August 2012 I have to file ITR of foreign company but i dnt have digital signatures of any of the director of that company. And it is not possible to apply for digital signature of such directors.

Is there any alternative available for filling of ITR for AY - 2012-13.

01 August 2012 Why it is not possible to apply for signature??
There is no alternative. Even directors need to have DIN and have digital signature for ROC matters !!!

03 August 2012 no...there is a alternative...i hav to take permission from CFO and any authorised person can sign the return
