Itr in case of discontinuation of business.

17 August 2013 I had a proprietorship business which was closed down in the month of aprail 2013. For fy 12-13, I filed the regular itr 4. But now I am confused that which itr should I file for the month of aprail. What should be the assessment year? When should I file it? Please help me with your valuable advices. Thank you in advance.
