20 June 2014 hello assessee have pension income and mobile tower rental income. i want to know that which itr form is for these incomes. and how to treat mobile tower rental income.

20 June 2014 Mobile tower Rental income will comes to Other Sources. U can file ITR 2.

20 June 2014 you can use ITR-2. I believe what you are receiving is not mobile tower rental but the rent received for providing your space for installation for a mobile tower.. can be included in other incomes
