I want to know what is the minimum number of employees for register for the PF account and ESI account.

Is it mandatory to register?

PLEASE ADVICE ME WHICH FORM APPLICABLE FOR THE ITR

ITR 3 FORM WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ME OR GO FOR THE ITR 4
