20 March 2014 i want to file itr for ay 12-13 ..i have no income proof,no investments and proofs of the same,no books of accounts as well. should i file itr 4 or 4s ? and what should be the precautions? pls suggest thanks in advance

20 March 2014 get the details of bank statements, position of payables and receivables...look for invoices...

as an consultant or an article, it is an immature statement to make that you have no income proof etc.
