Sir, CBDT has extended due date to file TAR to 30.11.2014. Now my question is if a dealer files his ITR after 30.09.2014 (dealer is liable to get his account audited u/S 44 ab) what penalties will be levied for filing return after due date.

Interest u/s 234A will have to be paid. Soon CBDT will come out with notification for extending the due date of return from 30.09.2014 to 30.11.2014.
