Dear Sir, pl. tell me if we are filling late return of an Individual under Section44ad. Does it will make the problems to my client in future in regards of AO. my clients income under 44ad is Rs.165000/-. as per my under standing my client wont be liable to pay tax. My client don't have any other type of income during the year.
