15 July 2018 Sir, my client has given his car to ANI Technology P LTD (OLA ) company and in return he got an income u/s 194C and further he has salary income also. In this connection will anyone guide me which ITR to file and which business code should be given in ITR?

16 July 2018 You can go to file ITR 4 or ITR 3. Use the following code - Passenger land transport - 11003

16 July 2018 If I go for ITR4 can I file the ITR 1 return for ft 2018-19 ? Becasuse Act is saying that we should be opted itr 4 for 5years right?
