Dear Sir, Audit fees payable Rs. 5000/- in liability side. while filling in itr 4, it should be put in other provision cell of part BS or in the cell of sundry creditors.

It should be put it at Other provisions because it is estimated liability. In case audit has been completed and fees bill has been issued by the auditor then it would be sundry creditor.
