an assessee is in the business of agency-enforcement recovery. Payment is being received after deduction of TDS u/s 194C @ 1%. Apart from this,he is earning agricultural income which is in lakhs. Which ITR should he file? pls explain

you can consider ITR4S provided conditions specified in 44AD are satisfied. else file itr4.
