01 August 2013 A person is only having Salary Income & Income from other sources(i.e. Bank Interest). So will it be correct to file his IT Return for AY 2013-14 in ITR-1 SAHAJ Form?

ITR -1 is only for those individuals having salary income and Income from other sources (family pension and interest only )

01 August 2013 1)ITR 1 will be okay for you .

2)if you have any income not chargeable to tax more than 5000 like (HRA) you should file ITR2 as per Notification 34/2013 dated 01.05.2013
