while filling ITR-1 online we dont need to provide details of duductions taken u/s 80C then what will happen if we take full deduction of Rs 150000 for refund purpose

No. You should not claim Rs 1.50 lacs. Claim as per actual. If you take wrong claim the you will find yourself in trouble in case your file is selected for scrutiny.
