INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT CAN VERIFY AGRICULTURE LAND OWNERSHIP OR AN AGREEMENT OF RENT FOR SUCH INCOME. AGRICULTURE INCOME FROM AN AGRICULTURE LAND SITUATED IN INDIA IS EXEMPT INCOME.
