If there is machinery which is under process as on 31/03/2018 and not installed in plant although Different parts of machinery has been received and the bill has been received for the same. Can we claim ITC on such goods for which bill has been received and goods as well but still there is capital work in Progress. Please clarifty it

Yes you can claim credit in such case.
