17 January 2018 SIR, I PURCHASE D A MOBILE PHONE OF RS. 8920 INPUT TAX 1070 FOR OFFICE USE...CAN I CLAIM ALL ITC AT FIRST MONTH OR IT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED IN USEFUL LIFE OF 5 YEARS BECAUSE IT IS CAPITAL ASSET....PLEASE EXPLAIN MY QUERY ....THANKS
