24 September 2011 Sir,

I have a bill of the month of may 2011 but by mistake this bills ITC was not taken by me

now i want to taken ITC in Sep'11 could it possible for this ?

24 September 2011 yes. it can be taken.provision allows ITC can be taken with in the reasonable time limit. 4 months my view it can be availed
