i have purchased new vehicle which is used for both personal & business , can i avail ITC.

Input tax credit on motor vehicle is not eligible even if you use for business purpose.
The input tax credit on motor vehicle is allowed only if they are used for further supply, transportation of goods / passengers, used for imparting training on driving etc.
