It return filling without paying tax u/s 140a

Please let me suggest that is it possible to file I.T. Return for a.y. 12-13 without paying tax u/s 140A?

IT'S URGENT PLEASE SUGGEST?

23 November 2012 Return can be filed, but we should always pay all due taxes according our return before filing the return. Because in the Return there will be always income tax payable. Moreover, interest u/s 234A/B/C also be demanded by the A.O.
