I filed one return by filling wrongly in place Feild given in return and remaining feilds are correct and i filed it in wrong ward if we compare to the previous AY.....i filed for AY 2008-09 ..AS ON 25/9/2009(BELATED RETURN)...NOW WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO RECTIFY the mistake....PLEASE...

Hi Rajashekhar, write a letter to ITO under whom you have filed the return informing him about the mistake and request him to transfer the same to the desired ward. don't forget to attach last years return copy as also the copy of current return filed under wrong ward.
