I am Working in a Manufacturing Company .According to the policy of the company ,we sell material to the customer and when the price is finalized we issue debit note and credit note to customers for price difference . My question is ,Is there any time limit for issuance of debit note to the customer for excise Duty on Differential Price .(PLZ QUOTE SECTION/RULE) And if the customer is paying only the Price diffrence(Not the Excise component on that) ,Then what are the legal remedies available to the company.
