WHILE FILING OF THE AOC4 WRONG ATTACHMENT HAS BEEN FILED

IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE FOR RECITIFY THE FORM .

There is no procedure given in the act for revisation of AOC-4.
But my personnel suggestion to file AOC-4 again with a clarificatoin letter.
