Is there any Provisions for Company under any act regarding issue of GDR which are registered in some foreign stock exchange..?
AND ALSO
GDR's are converted into Equity Shares in subsequent years...

In all cases you will issue all certificate from India. whether it is GDRs or Equity.

Hi you are issue a General Share certificate in which you write no. of equity shares issued against no. of GDRs. On the bottom of share certificate you write the the no of underlying GDRs.
