Is TDS Deductable on payment made to BSE/NSE

Does we are required to deduct TDS if we make payment to governement bodies like NSDL/CSDL/BSE/NSE towards license fees or processing fees etc.

NO TDS IS DEDUCTIBLE ON PAYMENTS MADE TO STATUTORY BODIES OR GOVT OR BANKS OR RBI OR A LOCAL AUTHORITY.
