If the turnover of the firm(sole prop) is above 1 cr in Previous Year and we filed in 44AD (above mini prescribed limit) not doing Tax audit.
So whether TDS applicable to firm in the Current year ??

24 July 2018 If not under Tax Audit then no need to deduct TDS in current FY based on CY T/O and it's filing.
