My friend started music teaching institute & teach their vocal, dance & instrument with his team of professionals.Is service tax is applicable??

if institute is affiliated with Prayag Mahavidhyala & they are provide certificate for the same.... still limit of 10 lacs is applicable.

pls reply for the same.
