19 October 2012 Is service tax applicable on exports of software.If exempted whether such company is bound to take registration under service tax?
If the unit is not in SEZ is the tax treatment different
What are the forms to be filed
An early reply would be very helpful

19 October 2012 Hi,

Export of Software is exempted.

No ST registration required.

No need to fiel any forms since Service Tax is not applicable.
