Is probation employee liable for all facility?

I wanted to know that whether probation employee should be liable for all the facility ( PF, ESIC ) which are provided to regular staff?

please reply .

28 August 2010 Yes, the employee on probation is ELIGIBLE. Only the employee on training period is not eligible.

28 August 2010 yes. probation employees also covered under all facility, only the Trainees, Apprentice cover under Apprentices act,1961 exempted from this
