15 July 2013 A sale made from X ltd operating in India and in the Invoice its billed to Y ltd operating in KOREA and the consignee or destination to Z India pvt Ltd operating in India. whether Excise Duty and CST or
VAT to be charged. kindly explain with the provisions.. thanks in advance
