Is DSC required for electronic return for an Individual having taxable income above Rs. 500000.00?

Yes it is requried mandatorly.

No it is not mandatory you can file return online and can send Signed ITR-V to CPC bangalore
DSC is mandatory only if Tax Audit is applicable to individual
So you don't need to worry about DSC
