IS IT TDS CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY FOR CLAIMING TDS AMOUNT OR 26 AS IS SUFFICIENT. MEANS IF WE NOT RECD TDS CERTIFICATE THAN CAN WE CLAIM TDS AMOUNT

16 August 2013 First check your TDS details with 26AS and if it is correct then no need for the TDS certificate and accordingly the amount as appearing in 26 AS can be claimed in your return of income
