At the time of e-file the IT department automatically send the ITR-V acknowledgment to the email ID mentioned in ITR so try to get it from such email ID by searching of previous mails in INBOX.

Then better to contact CPC they may help you for your case at For e-Filing of Returns e-Filing : 1800 4250 0025. Otherwise file a request at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in after login into the account at the helpdesk option submit your request under My account option it may be help to you.
