Can new pvt ltd company launch an IPO?

PVT LTD CO. CAN NOT LAUNCH IPO i.e., THAT IS THEY CAN ISSUE SHARES TO PUBLIC.

dear mr. sanjay gupta, thanks for the help. actually I have a new registered pvt ltd company and I want to launch an IPO. can I launch it now?

I mean can I launch an IPO and it will be an ltd company. is it possible because company registration month is feb 2010?
