hi, i want to know,whether a DJ & Sound system service provider can come up with an ipo in future. if yes den what will be the requirements regarding registrations & financials aspect(revenue/profits).

The question put up by you also "sounds" good. . Approach one Merchant Banker and get all your requirement solved. . There are a detailed requirement to list your shares. . However history of such companies engaged in similar business and listed on stock exchange is not encouraging. Some of them are BPL Sanyo, Compact Disc etc.
